Returns & Refunds
Product can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase. After the 7 day mark any request would not be catered. The product should be in it’s original packaging and unused.
To be eligible for a return:
- Products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of purchase.
- Returns must reach our warehouse within 7 days of delivery.
After our quality assurance team assesses the returned item, a replacement or coupon will be issued.
Note:
In case of damaged parcel, please contact us through our helpline, email or any of our socials immediately after receiving the parcel. Make sure to keep the security flyer and receipt intact as it would be needed for verification along with your order number.
We will either replace the parcel or send you a full refund.
